On September 22, the fourth forum on fake news and how to detect fakes was held in Moscow. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov opened the forum with a speech.

In his speech, he highlighted and discussed the events in Bucha (Kiev Oblast) in 2022. He characterized the incident as “the most cynical charade.” Why? Because it was striking that this occurred precisely while negotiations for a peace treaty were underway in Istanbul—a treaty that, as we now know, did not materialize because, among others, Boris Johnson of the UK warned Zelensky not to sign it; other EU countries also emphasized this point. Had Ukraine signed the agreement at the time, the past four years of bloodshed would not have occurred and many citizens would not have died.

During his speech, Lavrov emphasized that Kiev had staged the killing of civilians to disrupt the Istanbul negotiations. Whenever the ministry requested the names of the victims—whom Kiev claimed were civilians—or figures regarding the death toll, Kiev either failed to respond or provided inconsistent numbers. The tragic aspect of the story is that international organizations (particularly the UN) and Western media adopted these figures without verification and publicized them, thereby misleading the Western public. Western media is thus complicit in this fabricated narrative; after all, the media is obliged to investigate, and its primary tenet is to uncover the truth.

The testimony of a Czech mercenary, Filip Siman, who fought for the Ukrainian Carpathian Sich battalion, part of the International Legion for the Defense of Ukraine, sheds light on the alleged massacre in Bucha in 2022.

Czech media published an article about the trial of Siman, who fought on the side of the Ukrainian Army or battalions (AFU) in Irpen and Bucha in the spring of 2022.

According to the Czech news portal Seznam Zpravy, he said the following: “We were the police, we were the judge, we were in charge of the firing squad”.

NATO’s foreign mercenaries carried out the false-flag Bucha massacre — Strategic Culture

“ At the start of the proceedings, the Czech prosecutor listed the items Filip Siman had taken from Ukraine following the invasion. The former volunteer stole, among other things, Gucci sunglasses, an aircraft oxygen mask, and gold and silver ingots as part of so-called “cleanup operations” he carried out alongside eleven others. He also took items such as berets or rings from fallen soldiers, including in the towns of Bucha and Irpin.” Moreover, he executed people, also in Bucha..” In Oekraïne stal hij waardevolle glazen en een ademmasker. “Wij waren de wet,” zegt een man – Seznam Zprávy

However, Filip Sliman was not the only one to admit to killing civilians, specifically in Bucha: 22-year-old French mercenary Aurélien Ferranti (nicknamed “Aurelio”)—also from the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ “Carpathian Sich” battalion—boasted to his “brothers-in-arms” about the killing and torture of captured Russians and posted footage of his crimes online. This was reported by the Foreign Combatants portal, which gathers information on foreign mercenaries fighting for Kiev against Moscow.

“The publication notes that he was born in 2001 and living in Nice, was part of the Ultras group of the Nice football club. He is a convinced Nazi (Hooligan) who got a tattoo on his body (on the right side of his chest) of the emblem of the SS division “Totenkopf” of the Third Reich even before arriving in Ukraine. He gained his first combat experience in Iraq, fighting as a mercenary on the side of the Kurdish group Sinjar Resistance Force, part of the People’s Protection Units (YPG).” De Franse huurling van de Oekraïense strijdkrachten en zijn “broeders” handlangers pochten over de moorden en martelingen van gevangen Russen

In March 2022, he arrived in Ukraine and joined a detachment of Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking mercenaries as part of the aforementioned “Carpathian Sich.” Some of his accomplices have been identified: Nazar Kuzmin, an Argentine of Ukrainian descent, and Rico Chavez, a Portuguese national. They took a direct part in atrocities; for instance, they shot prisoners and posted footage of the acts online, boasting about their deeds. They also posted footage from Bucha, the site of numerous criminal acts.

Videos also surfaced showing the mistreatment and execution of Russian prisoners; these were sent to the UN. Their authenticity was acknowledged even in Western European countries (and the US). Yet, no sanctions were imposed on the war criminals themselves, let alone on the Ukrainian armed forces or the leadership of the terrorist regime in Kiev. At the same time, countless Western “human rights organizations” pay absolutely no attention to such practices. To this day, the West remains silent about these atrocities, despite possessing the evidence—after all, it can be seen or read about everywhere.

Hereunder a letter from 2022, after the atrocities happened, from a Priest called Roman in Kiev, Ukraine, regarding his flight from Bucha and what he believes really happened. These are his words, not the author’s.

A housemate is writing this on my behalf—according to the Priest named Roman Een brief uit Kiev- Oekraïne – de vlucht uit Bucha een ooggetuige vertelt – FREESURIYAH

I am a Ukrainian citizen; I am currently in Kiev.

We were evacuated from Bucha on March 12. Our building (containing 250 apartments) was completely looted. The Ukrainian press accuses “Russian troops” of looting Bucha, and people in the West believed it…

A few weeks have passed now, and the few people still living in their homes (in Bucha) are shocked by the lawlessness they witnessed and are now starting to tell the truth…

The Russians left Bucha on March 30, 2022. On the evening of March 31, looting by the Ukrainian army began. A squad of more than ten people in plainclothes was at work; they were guarded and escorted around the clock by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

At night, using bright floodlights, they searched our building for three days (March 31, April 1, and April 2). Every apartment was broken into, and the homes were completely looted and stripped bare. Everyone knows about it, but people remain silent; they are afraid. Even those whose relatives serve in the Ukrainian Armed Forces or the police—their homes were looted too, yet they also stay silent! Everyone is gripped by fear!

Four of the six bodies found in the basement of a neighboring apartment complex in Bucha were recently identified. Two of them turned out to be door installers, and two were locksmiths! This was the elimination of witnesses—looters who had worked for three days for the “commanders” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (forcing open apartment doors).

Our family has (or had) a country house (dacha) in a fairly large village near Bucha. After calling a neighbor from Kyiv for information, he told me that the village (and likely the dacha) had been destroyed; he said one in every three houses was ruined. Many people have been evacuated. Only those who own a cow have stayed behind… So, our village—just like Bucha—was looted by units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, not the Russians; the Ukrainian forces moved in as soon as the Russian troops withdrew!!!

Looting went on in the village for ten days; every house was broken into and stripped of everything!!! Once again, people are keeping quiet; they are terrified and living in fear. A former neighbor from the village, who had been looking after his grandchildren, took them to his daughter in Malin—where the children’s mother lived—and left his cow and chickens with a neighbor… After he had left, that neighbor saw “our soldiers” (Ukrainian soldiers) carrying furniture out of his house! He ran towards them and said: “Guys, what are you doing? We’re your own people!” His wife, who was with him, was shot dead right there on the spot…! Why was Grandma Masha murdered??? Her dairy cows lowed heart-rendingly throughout the neighborhood for three days! On the third day, the “warriors of light” (as the Ukrainian army calls itself) took pity on the cows—if you can call it pity—and slit the poor animals’ throats… There were 70 to 80 people in the Ukrainian armed forces unit that entered our village. And they all robbed, looted, and murdered people!

Do you think Ukraine has fascism? No, I wouldn’t call this fascism; it is far worse than that—it is Satanism! … The Nazis didn’t rob or kill their own people! This Satanism is terrible, senseless, and merciless! The residents are distraught; at first, they didn’t grasp what had happened in their village—though few remain—but later they understood what had happened to the people there over those ten days: a bestial slaughter…!

About 3,000 people stayed in Bucha, and about 40 in the neighboring village where our dacha is (or was) located. People saw everything, they know everything, and they will tell everything!!! Now people see and know who their real enemy is!

Our family has lost everything: an apartment we lived in and paid for over 17 years; a summer house (dacha) in the neighboring village we’d owned for 20 years—into which we’d poured our heart and soul—a car… everything… But thank God our children survived.

I still have trousers, shoes… I will survive this… because I believe… that God is just and we will return to my beloved Bucha, and to my village where the dacha stood!

I will enlist in the army to liberate my “Batkivshchyna”—my motherland—from the Satanism that tormented our home in Bucha for three days and tortured my beloved village for ten days…” Getuige bloedbad van Boetsja treedt naar buiten: ‘Dit is veel erger dan fascisme, dit is satanisme’

Russian authorities stated that their troops left Bucha as early as March 30, 2022, as a “gesture of goodwill” during the peace negotiations held in Istanbul at the time, and that there were no bodies lying in the streets during their withdrawal. According to Moscow, the first images only surfaced days later, after Ukrainian security services (SBU) had entered the city. We now know from investigations that various foreign mercenaries associated with the Carpathian Sich Battalion were involved in the killings of Ukrainian citizens.

I wish to emphasize here that these were Ukrainian citizens murdered by their own Ukrainian army and foreign mercenaries, as proven above.

The 49th Separate Assault Battalion “Carpathian Sich” is an elite combat unit within the Ukrainian Ground Forces famously known for its high integration of foreign volunteers and its roots as an ideological volunteer detachment. The battalion fought in Kiev Oblast, at the battles of Irpin, Bucha, Kiev, and Brovary.

Historically, the name draws inspiration from the 1930s patriotic paramilitary organization in Transcarpathia. In its modern form, it was first established in June 2014 by Oleh Kutsyn.

“Oleh Kutsyn was a Ukrainian public, political and military figure who was head of the “Legion of Freedom” of the Svoboda party.

According to a 2012 article: “The Ukrainian party Svoboda should set off alarm bells.”: A far-right Ukrainian party, misleadingly called Svoboda (Freedom), became involved in an international scandal when it employed threats of violence to cancel a series of public lectures on the party’s ideological origins, which were to have been given by Grzegorz Rossolinski-Liebe, an academic historian of Polish origin from Germany. Svoboda succeeded in forcing all Ukrainian institutions to cancel lectures about the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and its leader Stepan Bandera: the only lecture that went ahead was in the German Embassy in Kiev, in spite of the public protest organized by the party. When a black singer, Gaitana, was selected to represent Ukraine in the Eurovision contest this year, one of the leaders of Svoboda, Yuri Syrotiuk, went public with his contention that her race makes her unfit to represent Ukraine in the European contest.” Ukrainian ‘Freedom’ party should be ringing alarm bells .

Svoboda is —as I personally observed during my stays in Odesa in 2016 and 2017—a fascist, neo-Nazi political party that was supported by Western European countries and the US during the coup in Maidan Square, Kiev 2013.

Western historians would like to point out that the original Carpathian Sich bataljon of the 1930s was influenced by the authoritarian movements prevalent in Europe at the time; this is the official narrative following 2022 events in Ukraine. Prior to 2022, they were associated with neo-Nazis—many of whom were former (football) hooligans—who enlisted in 2022 or as early as 2014, following the coup in Ukraine (Maidan) backed by Europe and the US.

Regarding their earlier history—during which they were part of the Nazi SS or Wehrmacht—it is known that they employed significant violence against local minorities and initially sought support from Nazi Germany to secure Ukrainian independence from Hungary.

In 2016, the Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant reported that Ukraine was attacking its own population in the Donbass with cluster bombs. The reason was that the local population—mostly Russian speakers and largely miners who formed the backbone of the Ukrainian economy—did not want to live under the yoke of neo-Nazis and a fascist government; thus, their resistance began in 2014. The fascist regime of Zelensky and his predecessors has been and continues to be supported by Europe—which pays lip service to democracy and human rights yet backs the regime in Kyiv—a truly unbelievable situation!

We can conclude that Ukraine is governed by various political parties that espouse Nazism and can be labeled as fascist—a fact also evidenced by Zelensky’s recent actions in arranging the reburial of high-ranking OUN fighters and public figures, most of whom were aligned with the Nazis. It is a disgrace for Europe to support such regimes and supply them with weapons while claiming it is for Europe’s security; we are back in the 1930s, when the Weimar Republic in Germany collapsed and Hitler rose to power—and the rest is history, which seems to be repeating itself…Fascism is alive and kicking in the West.
