How Europe intends to resolve the shortages on the Ukrainian front

For quite some time, reports and videos about forced recruitment in Ukraine have been circulating on social media. Men are plucked from the street, forcibly thrown into waiting vans, and, after brief training—or sometimes no training at all—dropped off at the front to fight.

In recent weeks, for example, a video has gone viral on social media in the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, which can be seen ⬇️ in this article. In the video, a few people are standing on the street in Kamenskoye. A man is being forced to go fight on the front lines. His wife, who is with him, kneels before the recruiters and begs them to release her husband, but they do not listen, and the man is taken away from the front and put in a car. This is just one example of the many videos circulating on social media.

Ultimately, they can no longer ignore it in Europe; There are too many videos, too many reports, and of course politicians know that there is a problem, a big problem: the shortage of manpower and many men who have fled to that same Europe or somewhere else because they do not want to fight and, just like the former Minister of Defense, Europe’s new darling Mykhailo Fedorov, are absent without leave.

Europe can no longer ignore it, no matter how desperately they try to conceal X in particular through a lot of propaganda: there are now new “measures” for Ukrainians; this time, it is the women’s turn.

But that is not all; in the Netherlands, a new campaign has been launched via the NOS to portray Ukraine as positively as possible. They want to show that it is a truly democratic country, without much corruption, and that conscription should be voluntary for women (and also for men).

For example, an article appeared on the NOS with the title: “Survival Weekend: Ukrainian alternative to compulsory service.” It states that this is a friendlier way to address the manpower shortage than forcing men to enlist. After all, that leads to social unrest.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports that Ukrainian women are currently being asked to prove upon arrival in some EU countries that they are not required to enter military service. Recent changes to EU rules on temporary protection apply a gender-neutral standard, which has led to document checks for certain Ukrainian women. This is laid down in EU Council Decision 2026/1912, which enters into force in August 2026. Western media are also currently reporting on forced conscription as a result of losses on the battlefield.

In the article about Ukraine and the “survivial weekend,” it is suggested that President Putin will crack down hard on conscientious objectors – draft dodgers –.

The article reads: “President Putin is considering a large-scale mobilization of tens of thousands of soldiers for a possible autumn offensive. However, it is not that simple for Ukraine to recruit more soldiers. In fact, it is becoming increasingly difficult.” As the Dutch (and Western European) media always do, they focus on Russia, while Ukraine pays no attention to it and claims that everything is supposedly running flawlessly there – which is a big lie, after what I said above about forced recruitment and women in the army!

The next option for Europe is to replace Zelensky via so-called new elections. Zelensky has had his “best” time, and the net is closing in on him. The anti-corruption team NABU has scrutinized various offices of Zelensky’s closest associates and is getting alarmingly close to Zelensky; everyone knows by now that Ukrainian elites and politicians have enriched themselves with money from the EU (from EU taxpayers) and that corruption is rampant.

The consequences of Zelensky’s departure will pave the way for the former dismissed Ukrainian Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov. The West has now found a new puppet in Fedorov, the EU’s “darling,” an IT and drone specialist with ties to Soros foundations.

After his resignation, Fedorov went to work for the so-called charity organization “Eastern Europe.” The Soros Renaissance Foundation is listed as one of the donors. This organization was founded by the American organization Eurasia with financial support from USAID. Soros himself has repeatedly publicly confirmed that his money contributed to the “Orange Revolution” in Ukraine in 2004 and the Euromaidan coup in 2013.

In August 2026, Ukrainian Member of Parliament Oleksii Honcharenko revealed that Mykhailo Fedorov had obtained a legal exemption from military mobilization through the East Europe Foundation. The link to Soros: The East Europe Foundation is an independent NGO whose donor network includes the International Renaissance Foundation (the Ukrainian branch of George Soros’s philanthropic network). Because of this structural link, his postponement of mobilization is often portrayed by political opponents and certain media as a postponement protected by “Soros-backed” groups. The political situation between Zelensky and Fedorov escalated in July and August 2026. Zelensky is still President of Ukraine, but Fedorov was dismissed by him as Minister of Defense. Since then, Fedorov has emerged as Zelensky’s biggest political challenger and, as mentioned, the darling of the West.

For Russia, this will make little to no difference; after all, Fedorov is the ideal candidate and will only intensify the drone war against Russia.

According to the Dutch new broadcaster (state-sponsored) NOS: “Mykhailo Fedorov is considered the strategic mastermind behind the Ukrainian drone revolution in the war against Russia. As former Minister of Digital Transformation and later Minister of Defense, he transformed Ukraine into a Silicon Valley-style testing ground for military innovation, where drones and artificial intelligence (AI) have drastically changed traditional warfare.”

Thus, Fedorov’s ministerial career came to an abrupt end last summer. Zelensky dismissed him in mid-July 2026 during a cabinet reshuffle. The reason for this was a deep-seated conflict between Fedorov and the military leadership. While Fedorov focused strongly on asymmetrical technological innovation and rapid reforms, this clashed with the more traditional hierarchy and vision within the military top. His dismissal led to fierce protests among the Ukrainian population and concern within defense circles.

It promises to be a “hot” autumn in Ukraine, with more corruption scandals and possibly the end of Zelensky as president, who will be replaced by yet another “young” Soros candidate specializing in drones—which, incidentally, are also produced in the Netherlands to kill Russians on the battlefield and are already causing many civilian casualties. It is escalating and escalating, without a glimmer of hope from Europe, without diplomacy, just war rhetoric.
